Price

The prices on our website are in Euros. If your means of payment uses a different currency, please take into account the exchange rate and any exchange costs that your bank may charge you.

For orders shipped to customers within the European Union (EU), the price quoted on the website includes VAT and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

For orders shipped to customers outside the EU, the price quoted on the website is exclusive of any applicable local taxes (including VAT) and/or import duties. Any local taxes and/or duties may be charged separately by local authorities.

The countries of the EU include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Business orders

If you are a company established outside the Netherlands and you have a valid VAT number for international transactions within the EU, you can apply for intra-Community delivery, so that no VAT is charged. Please contact us for a B2B order.

Invoice

A VAT invoice will be sent to the email address provided after the order has been shipped. The applicable VAT rate is stated on the invoice.

Shipping

Delivery service

We use a reputable courier service such as DHL or PostNL to ship your order. After dispatch, you will receive a track and trace code by email. Products are shipped from the Netherlands. Delivery to forwarding agents, PO Box addresses or hotels etc. is not possible.

Shipping costs

Worldwide standard shipping is free of charge.

Express delivery is possible on request, but actual costs will be charged for express delivery. Contact us for more information.
