Returns and Warranty
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You will be refunded the full amount paid as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after the product has been received back by Amvizo. You can find the details of the right of withdrawal in our Terms and Conditions.
We are unable to cancel pending shipments. If you have placed an order and want to cancel, you have to wait for the goods to be delivered to you first, then you have to return the items after contacting us (see the return procedure below).
Warranty
We guarantee the quality of our products. We offer a 2-year warranty on all products sold. Our Terms and Conditions contain the details of the warranty.
Return costs
- The costs of a return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
- Any local taxes and/or duties paid to local authorities by customers outside the EU will not be reimbursed by Amvizo.
- Bank or payment provider fees for processing the refund added as a result of your payment method may be deducted from your refund.
- Refund processing fees charged directly to you or deducted by your bank or payment provider will not be reimbursed by Amvizo.
Return procedure
- Email your return or warranty request to
- If your request qualifies, you will receive shipping information for the return.
- Send your return shipment and send us the track-and-trace information.
- When we have received the return shipment, you will receive a notification by e-mail.
- We will inspect the returned product.
- Right of withdrawal return shipments will be refunded as soon as possible (at the latest within 7 days).
Warranty returns will receive feedback as soon as possible (at the latest within 14 days).
